Inclement Weather
In severe inclement weather the school may have to close. It is essential to check to find out whether the school is open. . A prominent banner message will be posted on the website home page if school is closed.
All parents and carers will be informed by our text service (Teachers to Parents service) and also emailed.
If closure effects specific classes then a telephone call home will be prioritised.
The decision will then be announced through Heart FM, Radio WM and Free Radio and also on the Birmingham City Council weather disruption page (http://www.birmingham.gov.uk/weather-disruption)
We are officially listed as Springfield House Community Special School for all resources.
